Party of the second part Timothy T. Ryan states that the foot of the party of the first part can not be confirmed that said foot is that of party of the first part Susan Ryan’s. Therefore, the claim is dismissed.
Party of the first part, Susan Ryan, can confirm that said foot was wearing that color nail polish on the day of the said accident.
